o Household Properties - Agreement of transfer of ownership of all household equipment and letter of consent to pack them when ready . Equipment to be listed by name, model and value. If the Guarantor is a married woman, there must be also a letter of consent by husband that the household properties be used as collateral security and consent that it should be packed if the Customer defaults.
o Goods And Merchandise In The Shop - Agreement Of Sale and transfer of ownership of all the goods and merchandise in shop and letter of consent to pack them when ready . Goods to be listed by name, model and value in schedule.
o Business Equipments - Agreement of transfer of ownership of all business equipment and letter of consent to pack them when ready. Equipment to be listed by name, model and value.
o Original Land Documents – This must include the original purchase receipt, survey plan, land agreement, etc. there must be an Agreement of transfer & postdated sales Agreement to BSG Multistram Ltd. Physical land inspection of the landed property must be carried out.
o Motor Vehicles - Original vehicle particulars must be deposited with postdated sales agreement, transfer of ownership and submission of one spare key must be deposited with BSG. Vehicle Particulars must not expire before period of loan.
o Original Share Certificate – must be registered and certified with CSCS before they are collected from the customer for deposit.
o Original Jewelries - like gold, diamond and silver jewelries, which must be jointly tested and assessed by both parties with the dealers, and their monetary valued ascertained before they are accepted for deposit with us. Photographs of the Jewelries will also be submitted by customer for record purposes.
